Las enchiladas suizas son tortillas con pollo o queso adentro, bañadas de una salsa cremosa y no picante. Después de hornearse se le pone encima crema agria o crema mexicana. A veces las hacen con salsa roja o verde pero siempre tienen crema arriba. (Swiss enchiladas are chicken or cheese enchiladas with a mild and creamy sauce. After baking they are topped with Mexican cream or sour cream. Sometimes they are made with green or red sauce instead, but they always have the cream on top.)
