Weather in Tijuana, Baja California

Climate Conditions: One of the world's best climates - 70 to 80 degrees in the summer, 50 to 70 in the winter. Rains come mostly in the winter and can make a muddy mess in some areas.

Best time to go: OK all year but best in September and October

Surfing: South of town are popular surf spots like K-38 but the water is kind of polluted in most places. The water is ice-cold - colder than So Cal due to an Alaskan current.
