Fraise Chocolat, Queretaro
This bright little café is owned and operated by Nora Martínez, who studied cooking in France. Check the deli case for baked apples, flan, fresh cookies, and other homemade treats. For breakfast there are eggs, molletes (bread rolls topped with black beans and melted cheese), chilaquiles, and enchiladas; order alone or as a breakfast combo with coffee. Ms. Martínez also does catering and sometimes gives cooking classes.
